My name is Chhil Sivmey, and I am from Cambodia. I am currently studying Global Innovation Management at NUM International College. Today, I am proud to share that I have successfully completed two semesters of this program.

Each semester has not only provided me with knowledge and experience, but has also taught me patience, resilience, and determination. Through the challenges of the coursework and the guidance of experienced professors, I have learned to stay strong in the face of difficulty and to grow through uncertainty.

During my studies, I discovered that things do not always go as planned. In those moments, I learned to stay focused and believe in my ability to deliver my best. This was especially evident during group assignments and class discussions. My team and I often faced challenges aligning our ideas, as each of us brought strong and valuable perspectives.

Instead of speaking first, I chose to listen. I took the time to understand my teammates and allowed everyone to share their ideas before contributing my own. This approach helped us make better decisions and align more effectively as a team. It also taught me that solving problems begins with self-awareness and conscious action.

This growth has shaped me into someone who is not only pursuing personal success, but also striving to create a positive impact on others.

Growing up in Cambodia, I have always dreamed of making a meaningful contribution to my country. Through my studies, I am gaining the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to turn that dream into reality.

Recently, I worked on a project aimed at helping students who struggle to find jobs. We designed an application to support them in identifying opportunities that match their skills and talents. The platform allows students to build resumes, gain clarity in their career paths, develop relevant skills, and stay updated with industry trends. At the same time, it helps companies connect with the right candidates for the right roles. I believe this project can make a significant impact on university students and young professionals as they prepare for their careers.

By applying what I have learned and drawing inspiration from professors who have real-world experience, I am motivated to create solutions that truly benefit society. Their guidance has encouraged me to think beyond theory and focus on real impact.

This journey has shown me that learning is not just about personal growth—it is also about giving back to the community. It has given me the confidence that what I learn today can create meaningful change in the lives of others.

My journey has not been easy, but every step has brought me closer to my dreams and to the person I am becoming. I have learned that growth is not always fast, but consistency in small efforts can build lasting momentum for the future.

With the support and guidance of the Esomar Foundation, I continue this journey with confidence, courage, and clarity.

Looking ahead, I am excited to continue building a path that creates positive impact in society, combining my personal strengths with the knowledge I am gaining for a better future.
